One of the biggest events in Cook County will be starting and ending at a new location this year, Lutsen 99er bike race organizers recently announced.
According to the Lutsen 99er Facebook post, the organization shared that Lutsen Mountains, the race host since 2011, will not be able to accommodate the race this year due to construction around adding new chairlifts.
Due to this project, the race organizers needed to find a new home, which they did at the Superior National Golf Course. The organizers expect that this will be the new home of the race not only for 2023 but for all Lutsen 99er races moving forward.
