Sawtooth Mountain Clinic's Parent Child Health Nurse will be hosting a walk and talk on Fridays at 10am! A great opportunity to get moving and address any questions you may have related babies, birth, and parenting. 

Who? Open to all parents and caregivers - prenatal to preschool, and their kiddos

When? Every Friday at 10am

Where? Meet at Bear Tree ready to walk! Remember it can be chilly by the lake. 

No RSVP necessary! Come get your steps in and be outside while having questions or concerns addressed by our Parent Child Health Nurse. Meet other families, connect to community resources, and have some fun!
