I had been trying to contact North Shore Timber since last December regarding firewood for our Lutsen townhome. The company would not respond to my voicemails. When I finally did reach the owner, he stated that kiln was down due to recent storms and I should call back in early Feb. When I called back in Feb, again my VM was not responded to. When the owner did finally respond, he stated that they had too many customers and that we should look for our firewood elsewhere.
