Can you tell us a little bit about your company? Do you work alone or how many are on your crew? How long have you been in the business?
We are an owner-operated company with about 20 years of combined experience and about 15 years serving the Northland. There are only two of us; we are both owners. We have been in business for about 3 months now. We pride ourselves on delivering quality work regardless of the situation and maintaining clear communication from the first call onward (especially answering phones in a timely manner, which seems to be a hold-up in the area).
Did you always know that this would be the career path that you would take?
For both of us, yes. It was something we have both done since we were 16 years old, working with and around family. Definitely a passion that keeps growing over time!!
What are some of the surprising or interesting jobs that you have taken on over the years?
There are a lot of surprising things in plumbing so to be honest, it's hard to remember a specific job or time. You usually go into every job knowing it won't be the same thing, which makes the job even more interesting.
Is there a current wait time for customers wanting jobs done?
Yes, there is about a two-day to one-week wait time.

We both enjoy the outdoors, whether that is hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and much more. We are also both married and have children with whom we love to spend most of our free time.
