Grand Portage National Monument seasonal hours for Heritage Center and Historic Depot beginning October 14, 2025

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the Historic Depot and Heritage Center plans to transition to fall hours. The Heritage Center is scheduled to be open daily 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Historic Depot will close for the season.
On October 26, 2025, the Grand Portage National Monument is scheduled to transition to winter hours. The Heritage Center will be open from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Grand Portage National Monument is a fee-free site co-managed with the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and was established to preserve a vital center of fur trade activity and Anishinaabeg Ojibwe Heritage.
