Cook County and Grand Portage rain totals from the past 24 hours

Much-needed rain fell throughout NE Minnesota last night, with some areas, such as Mountain Iron and Iron Junction, receiving between 3.9" and 4.6". While regions of Cook County and Grand Portage didn't receive quite that much, most received at least an inch.
Below is a list of total rain amounts as of 6:20 a.m. from the past 24 hours from the National Weather Service in Duluth:

- Grand Marais (NE of Greenwood Lake): 2.71 in
- Grand Portage (N of the Pow Wow Grounds): 1.69 in
- Grand Portage (near the Community Garden): 1.57 in
- Colvill: 1.48 in
- Grand Marais (N of Cutface Creek Wayside): 1.42 in
- Bay Of Grand Marais: 1.14 in
- Lutsen: 1.08 in
