This spring the North Shore Forest Collaborative is offering 20,000 bare root white pine seedlings to landowners along the North Shore thanks to a donation from Minnesota Power's Rajala Woods Initiative. These seedlings are not for resale.
Pickup locations include Lake County SWCD Office (408 1st Ave, Two Harbors), Sugarloaf Cove (9096 west Hwy 61, Schroeder), and Cook County Community Center (317 W 5th St. Grand Marais) beginning May 22 - June 2.
Remember to bring a bag or box to transport seedlings home.
