The National Weather Service in Duluth has released official snow totals from the overnight snowstorm in Cook County and Grand Portage. The snowstorm brought 3-7 inches to the area, and resulted in a 2-hour delay for Cook County ISD 166 schools, Great Expectations School, and Oshki Ogimaag Charter School. High winds have followed the storm, with gusts up to 50 mph, especially in Grand Marais.

This is the second snowstorm to hit the area since February 1.

Northern Minnesota, especially Cook County and Grand Portage, has one of the largest snow depths of the entire state.
