the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation. 

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM CST Monday. 

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 

limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West winds in the morning will be shifting to 

the northwest in the afternoon.
