* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. 
 
* WHERE...Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of 
the Grand Portage Reservation. This also includes the Boundary 
Waters eastern and central area. 
 
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM CST Tuesday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts near 50 mph are 
expected along the lakeshore areas near Lake Superior from the 
pre-dawn hours of Tuesday morning through early Tuesday afternoon. 
These winds will coincide with a forecast 2 to 3 inches of 
rainfall for the high terrain ridge of the North Shore and along 
the lakeshore.
