It was a beautiful clear night to watch the November Full Supermoon at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The sun was just setting behind the trees casting its glow on the light making it look like it was turned on. This is the last supermoon this year. The next one will be October, 2025.

After the sun went down the beauty of the evening held on during the blue hour. The weather was so warm that there were several campers in the Cart-in Campground. One group came up on the ridge to watch. They couldn’t believe how fortunate they were to have pulled in at the most opportune time to witness this event.
