* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph 
expected. There may be a few gusts to 50 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Northern Cook and Lake, Southern Cook, and Southern Lake 
Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage 
Reservation.This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and 
central area. 
 
* WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
