Drury Lane Books hosted a murder mystery panel on Saturday, September 14, 2024, featuring authors Jess Lourey, Wendy Webb, and Kristi Belcamino. The event was held around a campfire on the beach behind the bookshop.

The authors engaged in conversation with the audience, answering questions such as where they get their ideas, how they develop characters, and what methods they use for writing.

Lourey, Webb, and Belcamino know each other well and frequently travel to events together. In fact, they were spending additional time on the North Shore, sharing a house for a self-led writers retreat. Their obvious enjoyment of each other’s company made for great rapport and entertaining conversation.

Following the campfire circle, the authors were available to sign copies of their latest releases.
