September 18, 2023 – One block of the Gunflint Trl/CSAH 12 will be closed on Wednesday, September 20 and Thursday, September 21, for utility work, the Cook County Highway Department announced.

The closure will be on the Gunflint Trl/CSAH 12 between Hwy 61 and E 5th St/CSAH 7 while a local contractor does private utility work. Individuals traveling on the Gunflint Trl/CSAH 12 can detour around the closure by taking E 5th St/CSAH 7 east to Hwy 61 or vice versa.

The highway department appreciates your patience during this closure.
