Do you like attending events in Lake and Cook Counties? Are you good at documenting your experience through photos and writing captivating captions for those photos? 

Boreal Community Media is looking for enthusiastic event-loving people who can cover certain Lake and Cook County events this summer. The number of photos and captions will depend on the event, but on average we're looking for about 20 photos each time. (Here is an example of what we would be looking for.)

This PAID opportunity is perfect for you if: 

• You love attending all types of events, and already have a bunch on your calendar
• You're comfortable using a camera (can be a phone camera) and uploading photos to a Google Drive Folder
• You're able to submit photos the day after an event
• You're able to write compelling and descriptive captions for each photo - including verified spelled names of artists, event hosts, vendors, etc

You will be paid a set stipend per event, as well as per word for a short introduction and each unique caption you write.
