Over 3,000 people came out to support 40 local artists and creators at the summer Hovland Arts Festival this past weekend.
In addition to the artist booths, the festival also had tables from community organizations Dark Skies and Animal Rescue, six local musicians, a storyteller sponsored by ARAC, horse rides, a literary event, and food by Trinity Lutheran Church and Rex Bakes, according to the Hovland Art Group volunteers (who asked that their group be named versus an individual).
The Arts Festival will be back for the annual winter show in November.
