With many power outages across the Northland, you might be using a generator or an alternative heat source like your dusty fireplace or wood burning stove. Use extreme caution with alternative heat sources, and be sure your Carbon Monoxide (CO) detectors are working (press "test" button). Be neighborly, too! Be kind and help your neighbors say warm and safe in the aftermath of this powerful winter storm.
