Additional rainfall is expected across Koochiching County over the next few days.
All property owners with docks in areas of high water are encouraged to properly secure all items being used to weigh down docks. Even heavy, filled water tanks, barrels and totes are at risk of floating away when waters rise and can pose serious hazards.
Anchor these items to a secure structure.
