Boreal Community Media is excited to announce that we once again are offering in-person support appointments to our Boreal.org email customers. It has been a long year with the pandemic shutdowns and although remote support worked in a pinch, we missed the face-to-face interaction with our loyal customers.
To offer the best service, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Our phone number for technical support is 387-9471, option 2. Please leave a voice message if we do not answer, and one of us will get back to you within an hour. As a reminder, Boreal offices are no longer located in the lower level of Cook County Higher Education. We relocated to the Cascade Building. We are located right inside the front doors to the office on the left.

As a reminder, technical support is free for Boreal customers, and not just for your email. If you need help with a device setup or cleanup, that is free! If you need a virus scan, that is free! If you have any technology questions, that is free! No question is too big or small for us. We appreciate our loyal fan base and want to assure you that we will not charge you for tech support.
