Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, in partnership with Gichi-Onigaming Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Cook County Independent School District 166, and Cook County Public Health and Human Services, recently received an MDH “Local Community Resource Hub” grant.
Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, in partnership with Gichi-Onigaming Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Cook County Independent School District 166, and Cook County Public Health and Human Services, recently received an MDH “Local Community Resource Hub” grant.
This funding will allow us to create an access point for families and caregivers with children prenatal to 5 years that will connect families to supports and services.
To do this, we need your help to find out:
- What support parents or caregivers have or need,
- Your ideas for building community-based, whole-family approaches so that families have what they need to thrive.
