Artisans in Hovland reported a steady stream of holiday shoppers and curiosity seekers at the Hovland Arts Festival First Christmas Sale at the Town Hall in Hovland on Saturday.  

 The Hovland Arts Festival summer show was started 14 years ago. It was such a huge success a year later the group decided to do the Christmas sale.  Shoppers were able to shop for a wide selection of holiday gifts including the birchbark crafts, photograph, watercolors, candles, ornaments and Christmas Wreaths. 

Hot chocolate, coffee, homemade chili, chips and cookies were on sale to benefit the Festival.
