During this holiday season time of giving, don't forget the Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Giving Tree. Stop by the Clinic anytime to pick up your envelope for a donation to decorate the Giving Tree.
Funds donated to the Giving Tree are used by Clinic care-givers to give to patients to help defray expenses for fresh food, gas cards or bus fare for long distance medical treatment and lodging for clinical appointments outside of Cook County.
Help keep the community healthy this holiday season by donating to the Clinic Giving Tree. You can make your anonymous donation at the front reception desk at the Clinic or with Sue Norman in lower level Room 104.
