Theo Rex is an Army veteran who suffered a severe injury while deployed to Iraq in 2005. He also lives with PTSD. He and his family will soon be moving to a newly constructed, handicapped accessible home in Hovland, Minnesota, which was made possible by the Journey Home organization, along with Arktikos Custom Builders, Ltd. from Hovland, His two sons are excited to be starting at their new school in Grand Marais this fall.
This weekend final painting touches were put on the home to prep for contractors, who will be working there this week, with the assistance of veterans from the Wounded Warrior Project.
