Lunch & Learn: Understanding and Addressing Vision Loss in Older Adults

Lunch & Learn: Understanding and Addressing Vision Loss in Older Adults
May 22 | Noon-1pm | At CCHE & Zoom
Presenters & Partners: Amy McClellan from the Minnesota Aging Eyes Initiative & Care Partners of Cook County

Ah, the need for magnifying eyeglasses and/or bifocal lenses...for many of us, it's one of the first signs that we are not getting any younger! What happens when these strategies are not enough?

In May (Healthy Vision Month!) we will welcome Amy McClellan from the Minnesota Aging Eyes Initiative. She'll help us understand common eye diseases and how they affect vision, as well as inform us about vision loss in older adults and ways that we can adjust to it.

Free lunch will be available for the first 20 people who register for the in-person class! If you have allergies or food preferences please bring your own meal to enjoy.
