Fall Color Fly-In: KCKC, Grand Marais/Cook County Airport!

Pancake Breakfast, awards, history, static aircraft displays including antique airplanes. Recognition of Clarence Krotz who built the old Devil Track airport dedicated in 1948 and the Founders of the new CKC airport that was dedicated in 1993 will be part of a short ceremony at 10:00. Historical Society booth. Hopeful display by USFS of fire suppression aircraft.

Sponsored by the Arrowhead Eagles Aviation Organization, a charitable organization which helps support the airport and gives away an annual student scholarship. Come help celebrate and enjoy the fall colors as you fly up the North Shore of Lake Superior.
