Nancy began her study of Yoga in here 50s and is especially interested in working with older & “non-typical” students. Her classes emphasize the development of mindful awareness through explorations of range of motion, alignment, strengthening, function, breathing, and relaxation. Chair Yoga for Strength & Ease of Movement Sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support, you'll explore the mind-body connection through yoga postures and other forms of movement.
