Reiki (Pronounced ray-key) originated in Japan as a hands-on technique to promote relaxation, aid in stress reduction, and promote healing. Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone. Whether you are learning Reiki for self-transformation and growth or to share with others, the Reiki I & II trainings are a wonderful introduction to energy medicine.

During this class, you will learn the history, benefits, use, & traditional hand placements for Usui Reiki. You will become attuned to Reiki energy, activating it through all of your chakras & enabling you to do self-treatments, and facilitate healing for others.

You will be taught the 3 traditional Reiki symbols, which will allow you to send Reiki from a distance, enhance your healing abilities, and invoke greater harmony.

There will be opportunities during class to both give and receive treatments in order to become better acquainted with the energy as well as time to reflect and share about your experience.
