Description: 48+ Hour EMR Initial Course: Emergency Medical Responders are people who are specially trained to provide out-of-hospital care in medical emergencies. They are the first on scene and provide treatment from basic first aid to life-saving skills before transportation by an EMT service. This course will provide for all requirements for EMR certification in Minnesota including AHA BLS certification. Textbooks will be provided and are included in the class fee.
