Brigette lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences. Since graduating Brigette has expanded her understanding of healing through studies of advance massage therapy and alternative healing techniques including: Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanism, and Breathwork.
