In part one we will discuss medicinal herbs that grow locally and get to know the healing properties of each. In part two we will dive into the process of starting your own medicinal herb garden as well as discussing sustainable harvesting and simple methods for preserving.

Brigette lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences. Since graduating Brigette has expanded her understanding of healing through studies of advance massage therapy and alternative healing techniques including: Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanism, and Breathwork. I love to teach & share the wisdom of the practices I have explored over the last 20+ years of working with these powerful healing modalities.
