The best way to use healing herbs as medicine is to incorporate them into your daily life and kitchen. In this series of classes à la carte, we will explore many different infusion methods, wild and culinary herbs, as well as take home recipes for making preparations including ideas for how and when to serve them. Come to one or all three!

This session will cover the creation, mixing, and sampling of many delicious and beneficial beverages to be served daily or on special occasions. Herbal drink ideas will be shared as a means to enjoy healthy hydration. Take home recipes included.
