Using a ginger bug culture for fizz, and brewed hand-harvested plants, we will create a root beer soda closer in flavor to traditional/historical brews. You will learn creation and care of a ginger bug fermented culture, and we will discuss what the different herbs lend to this nourishing and delicious medicinal drink.
