Grandma Rays (The Legion) is hosting a fundraising event on June 9th that will contribute towards the scholarship named "Make a Difference" in loving memory of Gunnar Anderson's passion to explore. This scholarship has been established by Gunnar's family, his mother Jessie Rodne and father Kent Anderson. It will be awarded to someone in the community to financially support their desire to make a difference as Gunnar did. There will be a luck of the draw dart tournament with proceeds from it contributing towards the scholarship.The sign up will begin at 6:30pm and the tournament will start at 7:00pm. There will also be a silent auction with many prizes from local businesses. T-shirts will be available here for the Alumni Football Game on July 1st. The players and fans will be wearing these shirts at the game to honor Gunnar Anderson's life. Mysterious Ways will also be playing form 8:00-11:00pm.
