The Cook County Highway Department will host a public informational meeting on Tuesday, June 23, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Hovland Town Hall. Community members are invited to learn more about several roadway and infrastructure projects scheduled for construction this summer.

Projects to be discussed include:

• Bridge replacement at McFarland Lake
• Improvements along Arrowhead Trail and Chicago Bay Road
• Resurfacing of the western section of pavement on the North Road

Highway Department staff will be available to share project details, timelines, and anticipated travel impacts, as well as answer questions from the public.
