The 34th Annual Cook County Emergency Services Conference is set for Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Cook County Community Center in Grand Marais.
The event brings together a wide range of participants, including local firefighters, EMS personnel, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, local law enforcement, dispatch teams, search and rescue, and emergency management. And it’s not only for our dedicated first responders – healthcare professionals, educators, and community members of all ages are also encouraged and welcome to attend.
Here’s just some of what will be featured at this year’s conference:
