The third No Kings rally took place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, with events across the United States and the rest of the world, including in Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, and London. Over 3,100 events were held in every U.S. state, and on every continent except for Antarctica, according to organizers.
A flagship event was held in St. Paul, Minnesota, with organizers and the Minnesota State Patrol estimating attendance between 100,000 and 200,000. The St. Paul rally featured headliner Bruce Springsteen, along with appearances by Jane Fonda, who read a statement from the widow of Renee Goode, Becca, and U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders. Several Minnesota officials also delivered speeches during the program.
Snow fell heavily as the No Kings rally march ended at the Grand Marais Harbor.
In Grand Marais, Arrowhead Indivisible organized a local event that began at the Cook County Courthouse and ended at Harbor Park. The gathering focused on themes of environmental protection, democracy, and community action. Despite heavy snowfall, more than 200 people participated. Speakers included Pastor Enno Limvere, Nancy Jager, and Theresa Dyer, as well as an LGBTQ+ activist and a visitor from New York, who discussed representation and the stakes of the upcoming election. As the march reached the harbor, the program concluded with remarks from Cook County graduates regarding local community impacts and calls for civic engagement.
In response to the number of events throughout the state, the Minnesota GOP released a statement from Chairman Alex Plechash, who described the movement as "bankrolling a kingdom of radicals, bureaucrats, and unelected elites" rather than a grassroots effort. He continued by stating, “If you want to protest royalty, start with the Governor’s Mansion,” and argued that “this isn’t a grassroots protest—it’s a prepackaged Washington playbook imported to insult Minnesota voters.”
The No Kings rallies began in 2025 under the hosting of Indivisible.org. The inaugural event in March 2025 drew an estimated 5 million people, followed by a second rally in October 2025 that drew approximately 7 million. Early reports for Saturday’s third event estimate total global attendance at approximately 8 million people.
