How do I place a classified ad?
Please follow this step-by-step guide.  All classified ads are self-managed.  You can place, update, or remove an ad at any time.

Are classified ads free?  
All ads are free with the exception of employment ads.  Employment ads are $22 each or a one-year unlimited package can be purchased.  That price is dependent upon the volume of ads placed by that business.  Employment ads are free for those who are business sponsors.

How do I pay for my employment ad?
If you do not have a yearly unlimited package, our bookkeeper will invoice you electronically with the option to pay online.

Do my ads expire automatically?
Yes, all ads auto-expire after 14 days.  If you wish to run the ad again, please place a new ad.  We set this time limit so that ads remain fresh and current on our website.  Please do not try renewing an older ad, or it will auto-expire right away.  Instead, place a new ad.

Why am I not seeing my ad right away after publishing it?
Due to the high volume of spammers, Boreal staff must literally read and review each ad to ensure that it is legitimate before approving it.  We attempt to check this every hour, but there may be times that it takes a bit longer to see your ad.

How can I see how many people looked at my ad?
If you look at the upper right corner of your ad, it will tell you how many hits, or how many people, have viewed your ad.

What if I don't see a category that best fits my ad?
Please place it in the Miscellaneous category.
