Cook County Hospital District Special Board Meeting January 25th

A special meeting of the Cook County North Shore Hospital District Board will be held on Thursday January 25th, 2024. This will be held at 9:00 am.
A portion of the meeting will be closed to the public. According to the agenda, "Closed Session: The meeting will be closed as permitted pursuant to Minn. Stat. §145.64 subd. 1(d) to discuss decisions, recommendations, deliberations or documentation of a Review Organization; pursuant to Minn. Stat. §144.581, subd. 5, which permits closure to discuss contracts related to the Hospital’s competitive position with other health care providers that offer similar services; and pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 2 to discuss not public medical data."
