Big sales have hit during Christmas time, and I expect Valentine's Day sales are going to be great for my business as Studio7Fashion is already releasing lots of new heart Jewelry for Valentine's Day next month.
There have been many times I have thought about stepping down from my business but the best advice I have received recently is to not give up no matter how hard it can get. All of us have good weeks and bad weeks but at the end achieving our goals will be rewarding. Stay strong and make your dreams come true!!

Tell us a bit about how you got started with Crystal Fashion Accessories?
I am a mother of 4 beautiful children in Grand Marais with a great and hard-working husband who is a manager of Moose Tracks. I started my Crystal Fashion Accessories business selling Studio7Fashion jewelry over 2 years ago. I fell in love with this jewelry as this company I work for provides a variety of different types of jewelry for men, ladies, and little girls. It is at an affordable price with nickel and lead free. Living in a tourist town it's hard to shop for fine jewelry for special occasions and or just to treat yourself.
Over this last year I slowed down my business due to home remodeling. At this time lots of my regular customers shop through my website or on a business page on Facebook where I have all my inventory in stock and available on hand. Studio7Fashion also releases new jewelry every Tuesday that is only available on my website to purchase.

Do your sales go in spurts? Is it busier at Christmas and Valentine's Day?

You are a very busy mother and wife. How do you find time to juggle so many duties while running your business?
As a wife and mother, I have lots of customers and community members always asking how I make time running the business. Monday - Friday I run my business in the morning and throughout the day until my kids get done with school.
I have a goal of business plans that every week I share with my customers of new jewelry that is in store. I also ship out orders on Monday through Wednesday. Local customers that live or work in the town of Grand Marais are welcome to pick up their orders or I can also drop off orders in town.

They say life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Was it scary for you to start this up? How do you feel now?
Starting this new business over 2 years ago with lots of support by customers, community members, and of course my family helped me to come out of my comfort zone. It's not easy starting a new business (not knowing what to expect or if it's going be a successful business or not), but I kept pushing through it. It has always been my one hope and dream to have my own small business.
