Twin Ports Interchange: Ramps to 27th Ave W from northbound I-35 closed

A change for drivers who use 27th Avenue West in Duluth. The on and off ramps to northbound I-35 are closed for 30 days, for the Twin Ports Interchange project.
You're advised to use 40th Avenue West in the meantime.
Work continues, with retaining walls going up and the first bridge deck pour last week on the bridge from the Blatnik to northbound 35.
Also, there continues to be congestion on Garfield, so MnDOT is urging you to use the Bong Bridge instead.
