Boreal Storm Watch: Updates from Cook County as winter storm finally winds down Monday

At 10:00AM, MN DOT reports heavy ice on Highway 61 from Grand Marais to Grand Portage. It reports dry pavement from Schroeder to Grand Marais and light slush on the roadway from Duluth to Schroeder. Allow extra time and be careful on the roadways throughout the Arrowhead region.
