Cook County has received notice of 23 new COVID-19 cases in the last week, bringing the total case count for Cook County to 295 since the beginning of the pandemic.  

Upcoming Vaccination Events in Cook County.

COVID-19 VACCINATION EVENTS: KIDS AGE 5-11 - Cook County Community Center

The below events use the Pfizer vaccine and are open to children ages 5-11. All 5-11 events require a parent/guardian to be present during the vaccination appointment.

Saturday, November 20th:  Pfizer Vaccine (Kids Ages 5-11) • 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Wednesday, November 24thPfizer Vaccine (Kids Ages 5-11) 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

COVID-19 VACCINATION EVENTS: AGES 12 TO ADULT - Cook County Community Center

Events using the Pfizer vaccine are open to those 12+ (12-17 must have parent/guardian consent). Events using the J&J or Moderna vaccine are open to those 18+.

Thursday, November 18th:  Johnson & Johnson Vaccine (Includes Boosters) 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, December 2nd: Moderna Vaccine (Boosters Only) 12:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
