Duluth Police seek help identifying armed robbery suspect

Duluth Police are asking for the community's help in identifying a suspect of a weekend armed robbery.

Around 9 p.m. Saturday, police officers responded to alarms at the Speedway in Morgan Park. The individual who triggered the alarms said there was an armed robbery involving a gun and the suspect fled on foot. 

There were no injuries involved in this incident.

The individual has not yet been taken into custody and is described as a black or native american male that was wearing gloves, a camouflage sweatshirt, and a bright orange face covering the night of the incident. 

According to a release from the department, "the individual has shown complete disregard to public safety, until taken into custody they remain a threat to the public."
