From the National Weather Service - Duluth MN - August 1, 2021

Sunday will be on the cooler side, with afternoon high temperatures on reaching into the mid 70s. Smoke should push out of the region in the morning, improving air quality for most. With northerly winds however, near-surface smoke is likely to return in the afternoon and evening, mainly impacting areas along the International Border, Iron Range, and Arrowhead before spreading further south Monday. An Air Quality Alert remains in effect until noon today in Wisconsin and until 3pm Tuesday in Minnesota.
