Dry conditions will continue Thursday night, but there will be some increasing clouds, thanks to a warm front that will lift northward into the region. Lows Thursday night will range from the middle 30s east to the lower/middle 40s west.
The warm front will help bring mostly cloudy skies and chances of rain showers for Friday. A rumble of thunder can't be ruled out but this should be a low chance. Most locations will see between 0.1 to 0.2” of rainfall resulting from these showers.
