As Cook County is shoveling out from the recent heavy snowfall, Canal Park is glazed in ice and debris after yesterday's rain and gale-force winds that caused flooding.
As of 11:00 this morning, snow has still not made its appearance in downtown Duluth. Rain fell all day Sunday, and a light rain and sleet mix is falling Monday morning.
