Mar 16, 2024 06:22AM ● By Editor

Presented by Cook County Pride - March 16 2024

Come shake out the winter doldrums and celebrate our diverse community at our Winter Pride Day!

Focusing on connecting with people, fostering fun inclusive spaces, and learning the history of Pride- this year's celebration is sure to be a cure for dreary days. On top of an already exciting day, we are welcoming back That Queer Isa for Drag Queen Story Hour, reading Pride favorites suitable for all ages! Outfront MN will also be back presenting on ways to be a thorough advocate and earnest ally. Book-ended by free food opportunities to keep everyone nourished and ready for fun.

Location: Log Building at the Cook County Community Center

Schedule of Events:

  • 2:00 pm Doors Open. Smoothies sponsored by Shook Smoothies.
  • 3:00 pm Drag Queen Story Hour, presented by That Queer Isa, sponsored by Cook County Pride and Drury Lane Books.
