The Farmers' Almanac unveils 2023-24 winter forecast

Cold with average snowfall. That's what the meteorologists from The Farmers' Almanac say Minnesotans can expect during the upcoming winter of 2023-24.
Asked to comment about the winter outlook, real life Bring Me The News meteorologist Sven Sundgaard replied via text message Wednesday morning, "WTF lol - that’s my quote."
According to Sundgaard, about 75% of El Nino winters are warmer than average with generally less snow, though that can vary. This year, as we head into a very strong El Nino, better known as a "Super El Nino," the odds of milder winters are even higher.
