One person is dead, one is injured, and two people are in custody from two shootings that occurred in Duluth on Wednesday afternoon. 

At approximately 12:30 pm, Duluth Police Officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 2500 block of West 2nd Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Upon arrival, two victims were located.
