Minnesota House to vote on bills Thursday regarding price gouging, homelessness

Members of the Minnesota House of Representatives will be voting Thursday on a bill banning price gouging during times of emergency.
In addition to that bill, lawmakers will also vote on setting aside $300 million to address the issue of homelessness, including funding for more emergency shelters.
