Minnesota officers are searching for a suspect who is armed and dangerous

The Minnesota Crime Alert Network has put out a report saying the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is looking for suspect Phoutthasa Prathane in relation to a shooting.
They received a call of a shooting in Pelican Rapids, but when they arrived Prathane had fled the area.
Officers are currently looking for the suspect who was last seen leaving the area in a black 2011 Toyota Tundra with a Minnesota license plate 1092CD. The vehicle has a wraparound brush guard in the front.
The suspect is said to be armed and dangerous. Officers say do not approach the suspect and call 911 if seen.
